Finding information about a Court Hearing
Clients may say they have an upcoming hearing, but are not be sure about the time, date, or location.
You can look up this information for them by:
- Go to http://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fcasfamily/main
- Enter in the security characters and click submit
- You can search cases by:
- File or docket number (if known)
- Name of attorney (if known)
- Calendar for each court (by name of borough), for each County, Court location, date, and judge/Part.
This will give you more precise information about the time and date of your client’s case.
