Finding information about a Court Hearing

Clients may say they have an upcoming hearing, but are not be sure about the time, date, or location.

You can look up this information for them by:

  1. Go to http://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fcasfamily/main
  2. Enter in the security characters and click submit
  3. You can search cases by:
    1. File or docket number (if known)
    2. Name of attorney (if known)
    3. Calendar for each court (by name of borough), for each County, Court location, date, and judge/Part.

    This will give you more precise information about the time and date of your client’s case.
